Role Summary
The Network Security Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting network security solutions with a strong focus on Zscaler technologies. This role ensures secure connectivity, network visibility, and system resilience while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business and security needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and support Zscaler solutions (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, ZCC Agent)
- Monitor and resolve incidents, tickets, and performance issues related to Zscaler
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and application access issues
- Perform pre-production testing and issue triage
- Manage traffic steering, PAC files, and proxy configurations
- Implement network segmentation and Zero Trust architecture
- Support cyber resilience and security enhancements
- Work with application teams to resolve user access issues
- Document configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps
- Identify and remediate security gaps and control weaknesses

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
