Job Title: Senior Sourcer (Claims / Insurance)

Contract Length: 12+ Month contract

Remote Work

Pay: 42 per hr on W2

We are seeking a Senior Sourcer to support high-volume hiring for insurance claims roles. This is a 100% sourcing-focused role responsible for building and maintaining pipelines of qualified candidates, particularly within regulated and licensed environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for claims roles (e.g., Claims Adjusters)
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines across geographic markets
  • Identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platforms
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine sourcing strategies
  • Track and manage candidate pipelines within ATS/CRM systems
  • Support high-volume and surge hiring initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience sourcing for insurance/claims roles (auto, life, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of licensing requirements and regulated hiring environments
  • High-volume sourcing experience
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and translate hiring needs into sourcing strategies
  • Strong pipeline management and candidate engagement skills
