Pride Health is looking Marketing Manager to support our client’s medical facility which is 100% remote


Location – 100% remote

Pay range - $50- $55 per hour on W2.

Length of assignment – 40 Weeks of contract (possibility to extend)


Job Summary

The Senior Marketing Specialist plays a strategic role in developing and executing marketing initiatives aligned with organizational goals. This position partners with program leadership, digital marketing teams, physicians, and cross-functional stakeholders to build and implement data-driven marketing strategies.

The role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects while influencing stakeholders without direct authority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Partner with internal teams (program leadership, digital marketing, physicians, and other stakeholders) to drive marketing initiatives
  • Lead end-to-end project management from concept through execution and performance measurement
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns including digital marketing, advertising, and content development
  • Analyze market research, target audience insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategy
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data and trends
  • Provide strategic marketing consultation and guidance to stakeholders
  • Collaborate across departments including Legal, Business Development, and Public Affairs
  • Represent marketing in internal committees and leadership discussions
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships across the organization
  • Ensure alignment of marketing strategies with organizational mission and goals
  • May manage budgets and oversee external vendors or contractors

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, Liberal Arts, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience
  • OR
  • Master’s degree (MBA preferred) with 3+ years of relevant experience

Experience:

  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Strong background in digital marketing, advertising, and campaign management
  • Experience working with target audience analysis, market research, and competitive analysis
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
  • Experience working with marketing automation tools (preferred)
  • Experience with data analysis, trend identification, and performance tracking
