Location – 100% remote
Pay range - $50- $55 per hour on W2.
Length of assignment – 40 Weeks of contract (possibility to extend)
Job Summary
The Senior Marketing Specialist plays a strategic role in developing and executing marketing initiatives aligned with organizational goals. This position partners with program leadership, digital marketing teams, physicians, and cross-functional stakeholders to build and implement data-driven marketing strategies.
The role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects while influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Partner with internal teams (program leadership, digital marketing, physicians, and other stakeholders) to drive marketing initiatives
- Lead end-to-end project management from concept through execution and performance measurement
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns including digital marketing, advertising, and content development
- Analyze market research, target audience insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategy
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data and trends
- Provide strategic marketing consultation and guidance to stakeholders
- Collaborate across departments including Legal, Business Development, and Public Affairs
- Represent marketing in internal committees and leadership discussions
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships across the organization
- Ensure alignment of marketing strategies with organizational mission and goals
- May manage budgets and oversee external vendors or contractors

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, Liberal Arts, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience
- OR
- Master’s degree (MBA preferred) with 3+ years of relevant experience
Experience:
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
- Strong background in digital marketing, advertising, and campaign management
- Experience working with target audience analysis, market research, and competitive analysis
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
- Experience working with marketing automation tools (preferred)
- Experience with data analysis, trend identification, and performance tracking
