Reporting directly to the CMO, this leader will drive disciplined experimentation, analytical rigor, and strong operating cadence to accelerate rapid, triple-digit growth in a direct-to-consumer business.
The VP of Growth will lead the largest team within marketing and be responsible for building the systems, infrastructure, and processes that power consistent, measurable acquisition and retention. This role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on operational rigor—translating data into clear strategy, decisive execution, and repeatable growth systems.
Success in this role means developing a sophisticated, diversified acquisition engine that extends beyond traditional performance platforms. The VP of Growth will expand into new channels, partnerships, and growth loops while establishing a high-velocity experimentation culture supported by strong measurement and attribution. This is a role for a growth operator who thrives on building disciplined teams, scalable systems, and compounding growth engines in rapidly scaling companies.
