Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, data, and scripts
Define release test plans, including entry/exit criteria and user acceptance criteria
Coordinate and lead release testing activities
Create end-to-end test scenarios and test cases
Identify, document, and manage defects through resolution
Analyze unclear requirements and drive resolution
Participate in walkthroughs, peer reviews, and lessons learned sessions
Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and methodologies
Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation test scripts
Contribute to and document automation frameworks
Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and efficiency
Perform system testing of Cognos reporting and ad-hoc query packages
Validate SQL queries involving joins, filters, and calculations
Independently query transactional and data warehouse databases
Work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, developers, and vendors
Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, status reporting)
Communicate testing progress, risks, and issues effectively
