Role Overview
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to secure our cloud-based data platforms, AI products, and enterprise systems. You will be responsible for implementing robust security measures, ensuring compliance, and protecting critical infrastructure in a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement security architecture for cloud and data platforms
- Monitor systems for threats, vulnerabilities, and breaches
- Perform risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing
- Ensure compliance with security standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, etc.)
- Secure APIs, data pipelines, and integration layers
- Collaborate with DevOps and data engineering teams on DevSecOps practices
- Manage identity and access controls (IAM)
- Investigate and respond to security incidents

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 3+ years of cybersecurity or cloud security experience
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of SIEM tools, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security
- Strong understanding of network security and encryption
- Familiarity with compliance and data protection frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, CISM, or Security+
- Experience with MLOps or AI security
- Knowledge of container security (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with DevSecOps tools and automation
