Role Overview
We are seeking a Robotics Engineer with AI/ML expertise to design, develop, and deploy intelligent robotic systems. You will work at the intersection of robotics, machine learning, and data engineering to build autonomous and semi-autonomous systems that solve real-world problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop robotic systems integrated with AI/ML capabilities
- Build and deploy machine learning models for perception, navigation, and decision-making
- Develop algorithms for computer vision, object detection, and sensor fusion
- Work with ROS (Robot Operating System) and robotic simulation tools
- Integrate robotics systems with cloud platforms and data pipelines
- Collaborate with AI, data engineering, and software teams
- Optimize models for real-time performance on edge devices
- Conduct testing, validation, and continuous improvement of robotic systems

Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Robotics, Computer Science, AI, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in robotics and machine learning
- Strong programming skills in Python/C++
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Knowledge of computer vision (OpenCV) and deep learning techniques
- Hands-on experience with ROS and robotic hardware/simulations
- Understanding of control systems, kinematics, and motion planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with autonomous systems (drones, AMRs, self-driving tech)
- Familiarity with reinforcement learning and SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping)
- Experience with edge AI and embedded systems
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Exposure to MLOps and model deployment pipelines
