About The Role

As part of the Technology & Operations team, the Web Developer will be responsible for developing cutting-edge functionality for new or existing enterprise web applications. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The Web Developer will play a critical role in enhancing our digital infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with operational workflows, and supporting the company's growth objectives. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects that directly impact our operational efficiency and customer experience.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of hands-on full-stack development experience, particularly with React, Laravel, React Native, HTML, CSS, and related JavaScript/PHP frameworks. A solid understanding of databases, code versioning tools such as Git or SVN, and web server management (e.g., Apache, Nginx) is essential. Candidates should have a fundamental understanding of software development lifecycles, UI/UX best practices, and experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud services like AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean. Familiarity with system testing, automated testing, and OCR frameworks is a plus. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively, are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, automate, and maintain web applications and services to support business and operational goals while adhering to performance and quality code best practices.
• Work closely with team leads and members to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure consistency and usability in application interfaces.
