This senior leadership role sits at the intersection of client strategy, performance marketing, and organizational leadership, driving growth across complex enterprise portfolios.

You will own senior client relationships and shape multi-year growth strategies that align business objectives with measurable performance outcomes.

Working in a highly data-driven and cross-functional environment, you will translate insights into executive-level decisions that guide investment, channel strategy, and long-term planning.

The role requires strong leadership across teams, with responsibility for setting standards, improving delivery quality, and ensuring strategic consistency across accounts.

You will play a key role in reducing churn risk, expanding client relationships, and leading high-impact commercial opportunities.

Accountabilities

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital strategy, or client leadership roles managing large enterprise accounts.
  • 6+ years of experience leading teams of managers and individual contributors, including hiring, coaching, and performance development.
  • Proven experience managing senior client relationships, including C-suite engagement and complex stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong expertise in cross-channel digital marketing (Search, Social, Display, Retail Media, Commerce, or similar ecosystems).
  • Deep understanding of measurement frameworks such as MMM, incrementality, attribution, and performance forecasting.
  • Strong financial acumen, including understanding of margins, pricing structures, capacity planning, and revenue forecasting.
  • Experience translating complex data into clear, executive-ready insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, multi-million-dollar client engagements in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong leadership presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
