Talent Acquisition Strategy & Delivery
- Define and drive the Talent Acquisition strategy across all regions, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction
- Anticipate hiring needs and build proactive pipelines for critical and high-impact roles
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15 Talent Acquisition professionals, including 2 Team Leads
- Foster a high-performance culture with clear accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Support Team Leads in structuring their teams, managing workload, and developing their capabilities
- Partner closely with stakeholders across multiple countries to understand hiring needs and market dynamics
- Ensure consistency in recruitment practices while adapting to local market specificities
- Act as a key point of contact for senior leadership on all Talent Acquisition topics

- Define, track, and analyze recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, pipeline health, conversion rates, etc.)
- Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership to support decision-making
- Identify performance gaps and implement data-driven action plans
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, sourcing and recruitment strategies
- Drive initiatives to enhance candidate experience and employer branding
- Leverage market insights to refine targeting and increase hiring effectiveness

- 2 to 3 years of minimum experience in a similar role
- Experience in international/multi-country environments
- Prior experience in fast-paced service industries
- Strong expertise on C-level recruitment expertise
