Accountabilities
- Own and drive the full lifecycle of the website, including design, structure, and continuous optimization to ensure a cohesive and high-quality user experience
- Establish and manage a build-test-learn framework, identifying opportunities, launching improvements rapidly, and iterating based on performance insights
- Leverage AI-powered tools and automation workflows to accelerate production and reduce dependency on engineering resources
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support growth initiatives, translating data such as conversion rates and engagement metrics into actionable design improvements
- Develop scalable design systems, reusable components, and templates that enable efficient and consistent content creation
- Partner with cross-functional teams across marketing and product to align digital experiences with broader strategic objectives
- Proven experience leading or owning website design end-to-end, supported by a portfolio showcasing strong UX thinking and modern digital experiences
- Expertise with Webflow or similar platforms, with the ability to independently build and ship high-quality work
- Strong familiarity with AI-native workflows, including AI-assisted coding and automation tools
- Systems-oriented mindset, with the ability to design scalable frameworks rather than one-off solutions
- Experience working in performance-driven or growth environments, with the ability to interpret data and inform design decisions
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate design rationale to stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing speed with quality and attention to detail
