Senior SAP O2C Product Manager / Business Analyst

A large international organisation is seeking a Senior SAP Order‑to‑Cash Product Manager / Business Analyst to join its Digital & Technology team in Barcelona. This is a senior, hands‑on role within a complex global SAP landscape, focused on owning and continuously improving the end‑to‑end O2C (SD‑Tax) domain.

You will act as a functional product owner and business analyst, working closely with business stakeholders, platform teams, and delivery partners to shape the O2C roadmap and deliver high‑quality SAP solutions across multiple countries.

In this role, you own the SAP O2C domain from a product and delivery perspective: translating business needs into functional solutions, prioritising improvements, and ensuring stable, scalable O2C processes in S/4HANA. You remain involved beyond go‑live, driving optimisation and long‑term value rather than one‑off implementations.

You will work in a global, cross‑functional environment, collaborating with supply chain, finance, tax, and IT teams, and playing a key role in the organisation’s ongoing digital transformation.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and manage the SAP O2C (SD‑Tax) functional domain
• Act as Product Manager and Business Analyst for O2C initiatives
• Lead O2C solution design, configuration, testing, and delivery
• Gather and translate business requirements into SAP solutions
• Drive improvements across pricing, tax, credit management, billing, and e‑invoicing

• Manage O2C‑related projects and enhancement initiatives
• Work closely with platform and product teams on integrations
• Ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery across complex landscapes
• Support cutover, go‑live, and hypercare activities
• Stay aligned with the SAP roadmap and propose strategic improvements

Minimum requirements:

• Extensive experience in SAP SD / Order‑to‑Cash
• Strong functional knowledge of SD‑Tax, pricing, credit management, e‑invoicing
• Experience across SAP ECC and S/4HANA (greenfield and brownfield)
• Proven background as Business Analyst / Functional Lead / Product Owner
• Experience in complex, multi‑country SAP environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
