We don’t need an AI strategy. We need someone who builds.

MultiBase is a BI company with 35 years of experience helping organizations turn data into profit. We’re in the middle of the biggest transformation in our history.

We’re shifting from traditional Business Intelligence (BI) consulting to an AI-accelerated, IP-driven business. We’ve built a proprietary framework (DECIDE) and are turning it into a platform, a product line, and a new way of working.

Our team already uses AI daily from OpenClaw, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Langdock, and LLMs across the board. But right now, everyone’s mainly experimenting on their own. Nobody’s orchestrating. The gains don’t compound.

That’s where you come in.

The Role

You’ll be our first dedicated AI hire. You report directly to the management.

Your mission: architect, build, and operate MultiBase’s digital workforce. A system of AI agents that automates our operations, accelerates our delivery, and powers our product development.

You don’t do 10 things yourself. You build the machine that does the 10 things.

Concretely:

• Design MultiBase’s AI agent architecture: what agents we need, what they do, how they interact, how they scale


• Build and deploy AI agents that handle real work: HR workflows, business development, admin, reporting, knowledge management, quality checks


• Develop AI-assisted products: including our new Platform and other offers


• Help our BI team work 3–5x faster by integrating AI tooling into their delivery workflows


• Operate and maintain the digital workforce: monitor, iterate, extend, and document everything


• Identify where AI creates the most leverage, through building, not through slide decks

Who You Are

You’re a builder. You ship things. You don’t wait for instructions, you figure out what needs to happen and you make it happen.

You think in systems, not individual tools. You don’t just build a chatbot, you design an architecture of agents that work together. And you use AI to build AI: OpenClaw, Claude Code, agent frameworks, whatever gets the job done fastest.

You have an entrepreneurial mindset. You want to build something real, work directly with entrepreneurs, and see the impact of your work immediately. You care more about outcomes than titles.

Must-Have

• 2+ years hands-on experience building AI systems in production

• Deep experience with LLMs, AI agents, and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, n8n, or similar)


• Strong in Python; comfortable with APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure


• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (OpenClaw, Claude Code & Cowork, Cursor, or equivalent)


• You’ve shipped real AI products or agent systems - not just prototypes


• Systems thinker: you can design an AI agent architecture, not just build individual bots


• You work fast, lean, and independently - with minimal hand-holding


• Exceptional communication: proactive, structured, clear. No radio silence.


• You take ownership. Full responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.

Not Required

• BI domain expertise: we’ll bring you up to speed, we have 35 years of it


• A CS degree: we care about what you can build


• Loyalty to a specific tech stack: use whatever works best

This Role Is Not For You If…

• You think 9-to-5 and switch off. This role needs drive and intensity.


• You wait to be told what to do. We need people who define their own work.


• You’re great at strategy decks but have never shipped anything. We are looking for a builder.


• You avoid accountability. “Not my job” doesn’t exist here.


• You’re uncomfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.


• You communicate reactively or not at all. Silence kills trust.

After 3 months:

• You’ve mapped MultiBase’s AI landscape and defined the agent architecture


• First agents are deployed and handling real tasks


• You’ve established a clear working rhythm


• Everything you’ve built is documented

After 6 months:

• The digital workforce is fully operational: multiple agents, actively used by the team


• At least one major business outcome delivered through the digital workforce


• The team works measurably faster with AI: structured workflows, not ad-hoc experiments


• Full documentation: architecture, agent logic, integrations, and a roadmap for what’s next
