Senior Designer, Two Brands

DeSophy × Difinery™ | Fully Remote | Flexible (PT 20h+ or FT 40h)

We're a NYC-based creative agency looking for a Senior Designer who wants to own the look and feel of two very different brands. This is a long-term role, not a gig.

What you'll actually be doing:

Layouts (InDesign): Brochures, flyers, property memorandums — some 50+ pages. You get typography, grids, and white space without anyone having to explain it.

Video & Social (Premiere/AE): Reels, TikToks, campaign content for the jewelry side. You can take raw footage and turn it into something people actually stop scrolling for.

Brand & QC: Keep everything visually tight across both brands. Nothing leaves the studio without your eye on it.

What you need to know:

• Adobe InDesign — inside and out. Master Templates, editorial spreads, the works

• Photoshop — high-end retouching for jewelry and architectural photography
• Premiere Pro or After Effects — you're a designer who moves, not just one who sits still
• Figma + Adobe CC — comfortable working inside tight brand books

This is for you if:

• 5+ years and a portfolio that shows it — multi-page layouts, editorial, luxury or architectural work
• Your style is minimal and refined (if your work is loud, this isn't the one)
• Real estate, architecture, fashion, or jewelry experience is a big plus
• You look at a brief and see a point of view, not just a layout to fill
• You're available daily — this is hands-on, real-time, not async

This isn't for you if:

• You disappear for days between deliverables
• You need someone to art-direct every detail
• "Just make it pop" sounds like a normal Tuesday

The details:

• Hours: Flexible — 20h+/week part-time or 40h full-time, your call
• Location: Fully remote
• Pay: Competitive, negotiable based on experience and hours
• Growth: You'll have real ownership from day one and room to take on more as both brands grow
