About Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst at the intersection of data and marketing to join the Data Ecosystem team and help transform data into actionable business tools. This role is not about traditional analytics and ad-hoc requests, but about building solutions - from research and prototyping to implementation of tools that are actively used by the marketing team in their daily work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing and improving data-driven tools to increase marketing team efficiency
• Designing and prototyping automated solutions (including AI-based ones) to accelerate creative production and traffic acquisition
• Working on algorithmic approaches to media buying and campaign optimization
• Integrating with external data sources and advertising platforms
• Conducting data research, identifying growth opportunities, and transforming them into practical tools
• Promoting a data-driven culture and expanding access to useful analytics for marketing
• Working end-to-end: from problem definition and research to implementation and impact on business metrics
• Collaborating with marketing, UA leads, analysts, and engineers, aligning solutions across teams
• Quickly diving into problem contexts and taking ownership of results

We hope that you have

• Expert-level SQL and experience working with large-scale data (ClickHouse / BigQuery / Redshift / PostgreSQL)
• Strong Python skills (pandas, numpy, scipy, statsmodels, sklearn, etc.)
• Deep understanding of marketing metrics and unit economics (LTV, CAC, ROI, retention, payback)
• Hands-on experience with advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Axon, etc.) and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust)
• Experience in taking analytical solutions through to implementation and measurable business impact
• Ability to work in ambiguity: independently define approaches and drive tasks to completion
• Ability to rapidly prototype solutions and validate hypotheses
• Proactivity: willingness to suggest improvements in processes, tools, and approaches
• Strong communication skills: ability to discuss solutions, align with stakeholders, and collaborate across teams

• Experience building production-ready solutions
• Experience with PySpark / Databricks
