Location: Multiple clients and locations across USA (Better if Open to relocation)

🔹 Role Overview
We are hiring a Business Analyst with strong Insurance domain experience (P&C preferred) and exposure to policy administration or claims platforms such as Guidewire (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter) or similar systems.
This role focuses on functional analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and insurance system implementations across enterprise environments.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements across policy, claims, and billing systems
- Work with stakeholders to define functional specifications and workflows
- Support implementations and enhancements for insurance platforms (Guidewire or similar)
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support sprint execution
- Assist in UAT, validation, and production rollout
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate delivery

🔹 Required Skills
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Insurance domain (P&C preferred)
- Experience with at least one of the following:
- Guidewire (PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter / BillingCenter)
- Duck Creek
- Majesco
- Other insurance policy/claims platforms
- Expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
- Strong communication and analytical skills
