Job Description


Location: Latin America (100% Remote)

Schedule: Full-time.

Our client is a financial operations firm built exclusively for Food & Beverage CPG founders β€” think craft beverage startups, emerging snack brands, and fast-scaling consumer goods companies. They handle accounting, finance, trade spend, compliance, and loan support so founders can focus on what they do best: building iconic brands. They're growing, and they're bringing their marketing in-house for the first time.


πŸ’Ό Key responsibilities

  • Own LinkedIn (primary), TikTok, and Instagram. Daily posting, outreach to 20–25 targeted founders, and genuine community engagement. Create and develop original content tailored to each platform.
  • Repurpose long-form assets (CEO calls, webinars, podcasts) into short-form video, carousels, and newsletters.
  • Coordinate client testimonials and produce case studies alongside the CEO.
  • Plan and organize community events β€” webinars, meetups, and activations around major CPG conferences.
  • Own HubSpot: onboarding workflows, newsletters, and NPS feedback loops.
  • Keep the website updated and on-brand, aligned to the visual style guide.


🧠 Requirements

  • 3-4+ years of experience in content creation, branding, social media, or community management.
  • Advanced English β€” written and spoken. You're comfortable writing for a U.S. audience and jumping on a call with a founder or partner.
  • Proficient in Canva and CapCut (or similar video editing tool).
  • AI-fluent: you use it to move faster, not to replace your voice.
  • Highly organized and reliable β€” deadlines are non-negotiable.
  • Genuine curiosity about CPG and finance β€” willing to learn enough to write about it credibly.
