Location: Fully Remote | Must overlap with U.S. Central or Eastern time zones


About the role

Our client is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand focused on premium consumer health and wellness products for the U.S. market. They combine performance marketing with a distinctive, high-end brand aesthetic to create conversion-driven digital experiences across their ecosystem.


They’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to own the design of their entire digital presence. This role is key to creating high-converting, mobile-first experiences across landing pages, product pages, and email flows, with a strong focus on performance, optimization, and user behavior.


What You’ll Do

  • Design and optimize landing pages and product pages to improve conversion and user experience
  • Create high-performing assets for paid traffic channels, focusing on hierarchy, CTAs, and trust signals
  • Design email templates for promotional campaigns and retention flows
  • Develop A/B testing variations to continuously improve performance
  • Collaborate with leadership and deliver organized, developer-ready Figma files


What You Bring

  • Proven experience designing for U.S.-based DTC brands in e-commerce environments
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-converting landing pages, funnels, and email templates
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components and design systems
  • Strong understanding of conversion-focused UX and mobile-first design principles
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to work in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
