Role Summary

As the SEO & PPC Specialist, you’ll manage end-to-end search marketing strategies across multiple hotel brands, focusing on increasing visibility, driving qualified traffic, and boosting direct bookings. You’ll optimize SEO performance, manage paid campaigns, and continuously refine strategies based on data insights to reduce reliance on third-party booking platforms and improve overall marketing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

SEO

  • Manage on-page and technical SEO across multiple hotel websites
  • Conduct keyword research focused on local and destination-based searches
  • Optimize content to improve organic traffic and conversion rates
  • Utilize tools like Google Search Console and SEO platforms to monitor performance
  • Improve rankings for high-intent, booking-related keywords

PPC

  • Manage Google Ads campaigns (search, display, remarketing)
  • Optimize budgets and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages
  • Track conversions and analyze campaign performance
  • Reducing dependency on OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia)

General

  • Prepare monthly performance reports (traffic, conversions, ROI)
  • Conduct competitor analysis within the hospitality sector
  • Collaborate with booking and revenue teams to align campaigns with occupancy goals

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in SEO and PPC or digital marketing roles
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns and SEO strategies
  • Strong understanding of search algorithms, keyword strategy, and conversion optimization
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
