About The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer to join our Technology & Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing web applications that support our core business operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, operations staff, and project managers, to deliver innovative digital solutions that streamline processes and improve user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack web development, with hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end technologies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization that values technological innovation and operational efficiency. Initially, the role is based remotely from India, with potential relocation to Dubai or Oman after the probation period, depending on project requirements and individual performance.

Qualifications

The successful candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on full-stack development experience, particularly with frameworks such as React, Laravel, and React Native. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and related web and mobile development frameworks is essential. Familiarity with databases, code versioning tools like Git or SVN, and web server environments such as Apache or Nginx is required. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification is preferred, along with relevant professional experience in software development. Knowledge of OCR frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, cloud services like AWS or Azure, and automated testing practices will be advantageous. The candidate should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of software development lifecycles, and a keen interest in automation, artificial intelligence, and innovative research to resolve complex business challenges. Additionally, the ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and/or Arabic will be considered a plus, especially for regional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, automate, and maintain web applications and services that align with business and operational objectives, ensuring high performance and adherence to best coding practices.
• Collaborate with team leads and members to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Work closely with UI/UX teams to ensure design consistency and optimal user experience across applications.
• Document product specifications, technical workflows, and project progress to facilitate knowledge sharing and future development.
