Job Description
We are currently seeking an “Head of Operations ” for our multinational corporate client operating in the food industry, which holds a leading position in its sector across multiple product groups on a global scale.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Chemical Engineering,
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written),
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
- Proven mid-to-senior level management experience in multinational companies within the food or FMCG sector,
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills,
- Customer-oriented, team player, and successful in change and crisis management,
- Strong financial acumen with competencies in resource management, delegation, and strategic thinking,
- Possessing a strategic and visionary leadership approach,
- (For male candidates) completion of military service,
- No travel restrictions and holding a valid Class B driver’s license,
- No constraints regarding relocation. Willing to relocate to Ordu.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS
- Ensuring uninterrupted and efficient management of operations across all locations,
- Driving continuous improvement of operational systems (OPEX, Occupational Health & Safety, etc.)
- Managing budgeting and financial control processes,
- Planning and managing investments,
- Effectively managing customer and industrial relations,
- Leading strategy development and organizational planning processes,
- Closely following technological advancements and integrating them into the organization,
- Managing production and raw material planning processes,
- Leading team development, mentoring, performance, and talent management processes.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that operations across all locations are conducted in an uninterrupted and efficient manner, to improve processes through a continuous improvement approach, to lead the development and deployment of organizational strategies, and to ensure that reporting and documentation processes are completed accurately and on time.
