Senior Data Analyst

Honest admission: our previous Data Analyst delivered a lot of beautiful dashboards. But dashboards don't change a business. Insights do.

We're looking for someone who reads every number with the question: "So what?"

What you'll do

• Own our data warehouse. It's the place where signals surface and action begins.
• Deliver a weekly strategic scorecard to the executive team, with your interpretation and recommendations.
• Translate patterns in player behaviour, marketing, compliance and cost into concrete improvements.
• Proactively flag what the organisation is missing.
• Support marketing, product, customer service and compliance with analyses that actually lead to action.

You're strong in

• SQL (required), Python or R, Power BI or Tableau, and expert-level Excel.
• Commercial thinking. You see data as input for decisions, not as an end in itself.

• Working independently, juggling multiple questions in parallel, and owning projects from question to decision.
• Excellent English, both verbal and written.
• Online gambling / iGaming experience and familiarity with AML / Responsible Gambling is a strong plus.

Selection process

1. Introductory interview covering background and motivation.
2. Data case. You receive an anonymised dataset, formulate three commercial insights with recommendations, and present them in 15 minutes to the management team.
3. Final interview with the executive team.
