To make that vision a reality, we are looking for a New Business Director to join and work in tandem with our growing team. 


As a New Business Director, you will work alongside the New Business Executive to identify potential leads and convert them into clients, and collaborate closely with the Strategy Director to determine market opportunities, analyze business needs, and align them with T&EM’s scope offering. You will be responsible for keeping leads engaged throughout the conversion process. You will also work cross-departmentally with the Account Director to devise and execute client acquisition and retention strategies, as well as identifying upselling opportunities.

What we’re looking for


  • A bachelor degree in business/management, and/or relevant masters degree.


  • Previous agency experience and/or knowledge of the marketing industry are preferred.


  • EU work permit.


  • Understanding of international market/business culture.


  • Native-level English speaker (German and other additional language proficiencies are preferred).


  • Experience building and presenting decks.


  • Ruthless attention to detail.


  • Understanding of business analytics and CRM tools (we use Hubspot at the moment).


  • A passion for collaborative working and open communication across departments.


  • Entrepreneurial spirit and excitement to become an integral part of a new kind of agency.


  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), dynamic, team player, excellent time management and organizational skills.


  • Shows strong initiative to understand our mission and vision, taking independent actions and calculated risks.


  • Strong interpersonal abilities to effectively attract meaningful, lasting client relationships.


Please note that this is a full-time job in person, relocation to Vienna is required if applicable.
