Senior Software Developer - Full-Stack

This role offers the opportunity to join a fast-scaling fintech environment building software that powers equity compensation programs used globally. You will work across full-stack systems that support complex financial workflows, ensuring reliability, correctness, and scalability in mission-critical products. The environment is highly collaborative, product-driven, and centered on ownership, where engineers are trusted to influence architecture and delivery outcomes. You will contribute to both backend and frontend capabilities, shaping tools used by administrators and employees across multiple markets. As part of a growing engineering organization, you will help define standards, improve platform maturity, and contribute to cross-team technical initiatives. This is a hands-on role where impact is measured by real-world product value and system quality.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will take ownership of designing, building, and evolving key product and platform components across full-stack systems. You will contribute to architecture decisions, drive technical excellence, and ensure scalable, high-quality delivery across distributed systems and web applications.

• Own end-to-end delivery of product and platform features, from discovery and design through to production and iteration.
• Drive architecture and technical design decisions, balancing pragmatism, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
• Improve system reliability through robust testing strategies, observability, and operational best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Sales stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and delivery plans.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance to raise overall team capability.
• For senior profiles: lead cross-team initiatives, define shared engineering standards, and create scalable technical leverage.
  
  

Requirements

You bring strong engineering experience with the ability to work across modern full-stack systems and deliver production-grade software in complex environments. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, making technical decisions, and delivering clear outcomes in a high-ownership setting.

• Strong experience as a Senior Software Developer or equivalent, with full-stack or strong backend expertise.
• Proficiency in modern web development, including backend services and frontend frameworks such as React.
• Experience with TypeScript (Node.js or similar), APIs, and distributed system design principles.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including testing, CI/CD, and system observability.
• Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into structured plans and delivered solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Nice to have: fintech experience, or exposure to systems requiring high correctness, compliance, or auditability; experience using AI tools in engineering workflows.
