Senior AI Engineer – Computer Vision (Manufacturing)
This is a contract!
Work:
We’re hiring a hands-on AI Engineer to build and deploy computer vision models for a manufacturing client.
The focus is on detecting defects on production lines (scratches, cracks, misalignment, etc.) using image/video data and getting those models into real production environments.
This is a practical, impact-driven role — not research.

- Build and train computer vision models for defect detection
- Work with image and video data from production environments
- Deploy models into real-time or near real-time systems
- Improve model accuracy and performance over time
- Partner with engineering teams to integrate models into live workflows
What They’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in computer vision / object detection
- Python + PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Experience deploying ML models into production
- Experience working with real-world image data
- Exposure to YOLO or similar object detection frameworks
- Experience with OpenCV
- Familiarity with GPU environments or edge deployment
- Any manufacturing or industrial experience
