We’re hiring a Web Game Developer for a Canadian-based game studio. In this role, you’ll take browser-based games from concept to polished, production-ready releases. This is a hands-on engineering role with a strong focus on real-time graphics, performance, and interactive systems.
- Build high-performance browser-based games using Svelte, PixiJS, or similar technologies
- Develop gameplay systems, mechanics, animations, and responsive UI across devices
- Take projects from early concept through to production-ready delivery
- Integrate game clients with APIs, backend services, and platform SDKs
- Work within platform constraints (state management, networking, release requirements)
- Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to deliver cohesive experiences
