We are a London-founded Technology Staffing Business with 20 years of experience placing talent across Technology, Product, Data and Digital Transformation
We are currently scaling and looking for a Technical Sourcer to support our live roles and help us build high-quality candidate pipelines.
This is not a sales role. This is a delivery role focused on sourcing, talent mapping, and candidate engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates across technology, product, data and digital roles
- Using our sourcing stack LinkedIn Recruiter and more daily to source talent
- Building talent pipelines and maintaining our CRM
- Writing outreach messages that get responses
- Screening candidates and producing clear shortlist notes
- Supporting interview scheduling and candidate management
- Working closely with the founder on live roles
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in recruitment, sourcing or talent acquisition
- Experience using LinkedIn
- Exposure to technology or digital roles is a strong advantage
- Strong written and spoken English
- Comfortable using a modern tech stack for sourcing and outreach
- Detail-oriented and organised
- Someone who is self-motivated, energetic and wants to be successful
