We are a London-founded Technology Staffing Business with 20 years of experience placing talent across Technology, Product, Data and Digital Transformation


We are currently scaling and looking for a Technical Sourcer to support our live roles and help us build high-quality candidate pipelines.


This is not a sales role. This is a delivery role focused on sourcing, talent mapping, and candidate engagement.


The Opportunity:

  • Work directly with a UK-based recruitment business on quality exclusive roles
  • Modern tech stack - not just LinkedIn

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing candidates across technology, product, data and digital roles
  • Using our sourcing stack LinkedIn Recruiter and more daily to source talent
  • Building talent pipelines and maintaining our CRM
  • Writing outreach messages that get responses
  • Screening candidates and producing clear shortlist notes
  • Supporting interview scheduling and candidate management
  • Working closely with the founder on live roles


What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in recruitment, sourcing or talent acquisition
  • Experience using LinkedIn
  • Exposure to technology or digital roles is a strong advantage
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Comfortable using a modern tech stack for sourcing and outreach
  • Detail-oriented and organised
  • Someone who is self-motivated, energetic and wants to be successful


What this role is not

  • Not a cold sales or business development role
  • Not a high-pressure KPI-only environment
  • Not a churn-and-burn agency desk
