About the role


As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll be the first touchpoint for developers worldwide. Your role is to ensure that only the best join our network by blending technical evaluation with human connection. Here’s your week at a glance:


  • Conduct 25-35 calls per week.
  • Present Proxify and explain our business model.
  • Evaluate developers’ skills, values, and cultural fit.
  • Negotiate terms and guide candidates through the recruitment process.
  • Assist the developer with onboarding and act as the E2E point of contact.

What we’re looking for:


  • 4-5 years of tech recruitment experience (e.g., Software Engineering, Data & Analytics).
  • Strong people skills, empathy, and advanced English (C1+).
  • Technical background or fluency to assess advanced skills.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and ready to work autonomously.


Bonus points if you:


  • Bring SaaS/tech industry experience.
  • Thrive in remote, self-managed environments.
  • Have an engaging, outgoing personality.


Practical details


  • Full-time contractor via Deel.
  • Based on the Central or Eastern European time zone.
  • English is used for daily communication.
