Tasks

Fullstack Application Development

• Design and build REST APIs and the services behind them, with clean data models and reliable business logic
• Develop frontend interfaces where needed, collaborating closely with product and design
• Own features end-to-end — from schema design to deployment

MCP & AI Tooling

• Build and maintain MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers that expose business capabilities to AI models and agents
• Design MCP interfaces that are robust, well-scoped, and composable
• Stay current with the evolving MCP and agent ecosystem and bring relevant patterns into the codebase

Agent Development

• Build autonomous agents that automate repetitive or high-volume parts of the business

• Define agent workflows, tool use, and failure handling with production reliability in mind
• Work with the platform team to deploy and operate agents at scale

AI-First Development

• Use AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) as a daily driver — not occasionally, but as the default way to write software
• Identify opportunities to eliminate manual development work through AI-assisted generation, testing, and review
• Contribute to evolving how the team builds software in an AI-first way

Job requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, currently operating at a senior or staff IC level
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field from a reputable university, or equivalent demonstrable experience
• AI fluency — you write code with AI tools every day and know how to get the most out of them
• Strong fullstack development skills — comfortable across backend (APIs, data modeling, business logic) and frontend
• Solid understanding of REST API design and the data layer beneath it
• Working knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) — how to build servers, define tools, and connect them to models and agents

• Experience building or working with AI agents — tool use, prompt design, workflow orchestration
• Proficiency in at least one modern backend language (Python, Node.js/TypeScript, or similar)
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

Nice to have

• Experience with real estate or proptech domains
• Familiarity with Salesforce APIs or data models
• AWS experience — compute, storage, and managed services
• Prior work automating business processes with agents or LLM-powered workflows
