The Technical Support Specialist role is focused on delivering Level 1 technical support to customers, ensuring timely investigation and resolution of technical issues. This position is essential for maintaining high customer satisfaction by managing escalations, following up on cases, and contributing to internal and external knowledge resources. It plays a key role in sustaining the organization''s customer service quality within a fully remote setting and standard business hours.


3. Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 technical support

• Investigate and resolve technical issues

• Escalate severe or product-related problems

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

• Update and create help documentation for stakeholders

• Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service


4. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Experience supporting B2B SaaS customers

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Polite, friendly, and professional demeanor

• Ability to quickly learn technical skills

• Ability to understand customer concerns and problem solve


Preferred:

• Experience with Hubspot

• Knowledge of email setup, configuration, and domain records

• Experience with server logs and command line

• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment


5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Annual base salary is $58,656.00

• Bonus potential up to $8,000 annually
