We're looking for a Senior Delivery Project Manager

With a lean, senior team operating across Asia and Europe, we combine deep delivery expertise with strategic execution to help our clients ship faster, with less chaos, and stay in control as they grow.

We are also the team behind Runbaze (a productised delivery operating system for scale-ups). Our PMs don't just manage projects. They install structure, build trust with founders, and make delivery predictable.

We are looking for a Senior Delivery Project Manager with a minimum of five years' experience who can own client relationships and run delivery independently from day one. You will manage multiple Runbaze and Itsavirus clients simultaneously — onboarding them, installing delivery frameworks, and making sure they get results.

This role is ideal for someone who is as comfortable talking to a founder as they are structuring a sprint board.

• 5+ years in project or delivery management, ideally in a software agency or SaaS environment
• Strong experience running agile delivery — sprint ceremonies, DoD/DoR, backlog management, velocity tracking
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously without dropping quality

• Experience setting up delivery tooling from scratch — Notion, Jira, Linear, or similar
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts, QA processes, and engineering workflows
• Comfortable producing concise, structured reporting for non-technical stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of PMBOK — you understand the framework, apply it in practice, and can translate it into how a team actually works

• You take ownership without being asked twice
• You are direct, calm under pressure, and know when to escalate
• You can run a client relationship independently — discovery, onboarding, steering, escalation
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Bonus: experience working with or for early-stage startups or scale-ups

• Onboard new Runbaze and Itsavirus clients — set up workspaces, run discovery, install delivery frameworks
