Creative Content Director

📍 Clitheroe (3 days/week) | Relocation support

💰 £90,000–£150,000 + bonus + benefits


We’re partnering with WillPowders on a critical hire as they enter a major new phase of growth.

With a 200k+ engaged community and a clear, differentiated voice in wellness, the brand is now investing heavily in creative, including a full refresh and expansion into Sport and Lifestyle.


The Role

You’ll own the creative output of the brand, across campaigns, content and channels, setting the standard for both thinking and execution.


Working directly with the CMO and founders (including Davinia Taylor), you’ll shape how the brand evolves as it scales.


This is hands-on: leading the team and making the work.


What You’ll Do

  • Define and lead creative across all content and campaigns
  • Own content strategy across social, email, SEO and launches
  • Lead campaign ideas from concept to execution
  • Build and lead a ~10 person creative team
  • Manage agencies, creators and production partners
  • Act as guardian of brand identity (visual + tone)
  • Define the creative direction for a new Sport vertical


What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years in creative / content / brand roles
  • Proven experience leading and elevating creative teams
  • Strong portfolio across campaigns, social and brand
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
  • Digital-first mindset (social, paid, content)
  • Experience in premium consumer / wellness / lifestyle a plus
