Develop and generate Tables, Listings, and Figures (TLFs) for clinical study reports and interim analyses using SAS, R, or Python.
Perform comprehensive data cleaning, validation, and discrepancy investigations to distinguish between true clinical complexities and upstream data errors.
Maintain high data quality standards and ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance of all outputs.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a strong educational background with a BSc or MSc in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field. They should have between two to five or more years of relevant experience in clinical data science, statistical programming, or clinical data management within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sectors. Technical proficiency in SAS, R, Python, and SQL is essential, along with familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Experience working with CDISC SDTM/ADaM standards and understanding oncology endpoints (e.g., RECIST, survival analysis) or real-world data (RWD) is highly desirable. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Data Transformation & Delivery: The Clinical Data Scientist will convert raw, manually abstracted, and AI-processed clinical data into standardized formats such as CDISC SDTM/ADaM or client-specific data models. They will build analysis-ready datasets from diverse sources, including electronic medical records (EMRs), electronic data capture (EDC) systems, and internal abstraction tools.

Statistical Programming & Reporting: Developing and generating Tables, Listings, and Figures (TLFs) for clinical study reports and interim analyses using SAS, R, or Python will be a core responsibility. This includes ensuring accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance of all outputs.

Data Integrity & Quality Control: The role involves performing comprehensive data cleaning, validation, and discrepancy investigations to distinguish between true clinical complexities and upstream data errors. Maintaining high data quality standards is critical.

Cross Team Collaboration: The Clinical Data Scientist will partner with engineering teams to automate data workflows, enhance validation processes, and serve as an internal customer for new data infrastructure tools. Effective communication and teamwork are vital for success.

Documentation: Creating and maintaining detailed documentation such as data specifications, derivation logic, review guides, and Define.xml files to support audits, regulatory submissions, and internal reviews.
