About the Role

This is not a typical coordinator role.

As Marketing & Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for keeping Raven’s marketing consistent, effective, and continuously improving. While also helping the team operate at a higher level.

You will own execution across key marketing channels, bring structure to internal processes, and ensure the day-to-day coordination of the team runs smoothly. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, operations, and execution.

If you enjoy taking ownership, building systems, solving problems proactively, and seeing the direct impact of your work, this role will suit you.

This role is approximately 70% marketing and 30% operations, with flexibility based on team priorities.

How to Apply

To be considered, please submit:

  • Your resume
  • A short video introduction (max 3 minutes) highlighting your relevant experience and interest in the role and industry

You can apply via Indeed or email us at careers@ravensupply.ca.

We use the video to better understand communication style and fit for a role that combines marketing, coordination, and ownership.

*****Applications without both of these requirements will not be considered.*****

Marketing & Growth Execution

  • Own and execute content across LinkedIn and other platforms to drive engagement and lead generation
  • Build and manage email marketing campaigns (Brevo/Zoho), including segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking
  • Improve website and product content for clarity, accuracy, and SEO performance
  • Create and refine marketing materials (line cards, brochures, case studies, presentations, newsletters)
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, sales metrics, and customer insights
  • Own partner and supplier marketing initiatives, including spotlights and collaborative campaigns
  • Collaborate with sales and operations to document processes and build marketing SOPs
  • Lead fundraising campaigns supporting Raven’s non-profit initiatives, strengthening community impact while expanding brand reach

Operations & Team Enablement

  • Own logistics and coordination that keep the sales team focused on revenue-generating work
  • Plan and coordinate Lunch & Learns (L&Ls), internal meetings, and external meetings
  • Own travel and accommodation coordination for the sales team
  • Build and improve employee-related administrative processes and documentation
  • Plan and execute internal and external company events, celebrations, and team initiatives
  • Manage and maintain internal training records and databases

Success in This Role (First 6 Months)

  • Marketing channels (LinkedIn, email) are active, consistent, and professionally managed
  • Campaigns are not only launched, but tracked, analyzed, and improved over time
  • Sales is better supported through stronger marketing content, tools, and coordination
  • Internal processes are more organized, reliable, and require less follow-up
  • Team operations run smoothly because you anticipate needs and solve issues early
  • You identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities, and act on them without being asked

Who Will Succeed in This Role?

You’ll do well here if you:

  • Take initiative without waiting to be told what to do
  • Are comfortable working with minimal direction and high ownership
  • Can manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently
  • Notice what others miss and take pride in doing things well
  • Enjoy bringing structure to chaos and improving how things work
