About the Role

We're looking for experienced appointment setters with a strong background in roofing campaigns. This role is for professionals who understand the homeowner mindset, can confidently handle objections, and consistently book high-quality, qualified appointments.

This is a KPI-driven role from day one, designed for professionals who are comfortable working in a performance-based environment, tracking results daily, and taking full ownership of their output.

Your Performance = Your Paycheck

No guessing. No politics. The more appointments you book, the more you earn. It is math, not management favoritism.

  • Base → 0 CAA/day → $5.00/hr
  • Tier 1 → 1.5 CAA/day → $9.00/hr
  • Tier 2 → 2.0 CAA/day → $10.50/hr
  • Tier 3 → 2.5 CAA/day → $12.00/hr
  • Tier 4 → 3.0 CAA/day → $13.50/hr
  • Tier 5 → 3.5 CAA/day → $15.00/hr
  • Tier 6 → 4.0 CAA/day → $16.50/hr
  • Tier 7 → 4.5 CAA/day → $18.00/hr
  • Tier 8 → 5.0 CAA/day → $19.50/hr


How It Works:

  • You start at the base rate of $5.00/hr during your ramp-up period
  • Once your daily CAA average hits 1.5 or higher, you jump to $9.00/hr
  • Every additional 0.5 CAA per day moves you up one tier (+$1.50/hr)
  • A Client Accepted Appointment (CAA) = passes QC review + prospect shows up
  • Your tier is reviewed at the end of each pay period and takes effect on the next one
  • At Tier 5 working 8hrs/day, 20 days/month = $2,400/month


Payroll Schedule (biweekly):

  • Pay Period 1: 1st–15th → paid on the 18th
  • Pay Period 2: 16th–last day → paid on the 3rd of the following month


What You'll Do

  • Make 200+ outbound cold calls per day to homeowners in active U.S. roofing markets (campaign targets may be higher)
  • Use Vicidial to manage your dialing queue, log call outcomes, and track daily performance
  • Follow proven scripts, call flows, and objection handlers built to convert
  • Set qualified roofing inspection appointments that meet client quality standards
  • Confirm and follow up on scheduled appointments to protect show rates
  • Report daily KPIs and maintain accurate records of all interactions


Performance Expectations

This role is KPI-driven and performance-focused. Consistent output, activity, and quality of appointments are essential to success. Agents who do not meet performance targets within the first 2 weeks of production may be released from the program.


What We're Looking For


Experience & Skills


  • 2+ years of outbound cold calling or appointment setting experience is required
  • Proven track record with daily dial volumes of 200+ calls in a previous role
  • Background in roofing, solar, or storm damage campaigns is required — please do not apply if you do not have this experience
  • Hands-on experience with auto-dialer platforms — Vicidial experience is a strong plus
  • Strong English with a clear, neutral accent (C1+ level) — non-negotiable for client-facing calls
  • Proven ability to handle objections, stay composed under pressure, and recover from low-connect days


Tech Requirements — verified live during interview

  • Computer with 8GB+ RAM
  • USB noise-canceling headset
  • Strong and reliable internet connection suitable for high-volume calling environments (wired connection strongly preferred)
  • Backup solution in place for electricity or internet interruptions (required)
  • Webcam required for coaching sessions and team meetings — non-negotiable, camera-on participation expected at all times


Availability

  • Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM EST — long-term commitment required

Training

Training runs between 1 and 3 days, depending on campaign needs and urgency. It is fully paid and focused on systems, scripts, and performance expectations to ensure you're set up for success from day one.


Please note that training compensation is processed on your second paycheck, provided you remain active with the team at that time. If you are no longer active by the time your second paycheck is issued, training pay will not be disbursed.
