Senior QA Automation Engineer (Python & Selenium)

Remote

We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python-based Selenium automation, SQL-driven data validation, and BI/report testing and a proven ability to reduce manual testing, validate data pipelines, and ensure reporting accuracy across releases.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain Python + Selenium automated test scripts.
• Execute automated regression, smoke, and functional tests for web applications.
• Validate data pipelines, ETL processes, and BI reports using SQL and Python.

• Automate validation of dashboards and reports in Power BI and Tableau.
• Collaborate with developers and data engineers to identify defects and validate fixes.
• Work within Agile teams and participate in standups, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Document test strategies, defects, and automation results.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in QA, data validation, or test automation.
• 4+ years of hands-on Python automation.
• Strong Selenium WebDriver experience.
• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
