Fingular is a global independent fintech holding headquartered in Singapore, established in October 2021. The company manages a diverse portfolio of fintech products, operating under its own brand or in collaboration with trusted local partners. Fingular currently operates in multiple markets, including Indonesia, Malaysia, and India. The company offers fully digital financial products — including consumer financing, investment, and savings products — tailored to meet local needs and cultural specifics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop profound market and clients understanding, become an internal “representative“ of our clients.
  • Constantly look for, quantify, propose and prioritize business improvement ideas via data analysis, customer researches and so on.
  • Look for potential partnership opportunities locally and internationally
  • Deep dive into the business and user metrics to find out problems and insights.
  • Set out hypothesis, calculate and justify business cases for the features you propose.
  • Execute and coordinate implementation with our in-house IT team, other business team members and external vendors.
  • Refine business ideas into business requirements for IT team and participate in backlog management
  • Analyze outcomes of implemented features in production vs what was expected and come up with the next steps accordingly.

Requirements:

Soft Skills:

  • Structured thinking
  • Good analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, with ability to lead and drive change initiatives.
  • Can-do attitude.
  • Good organizational/time management skills
  • Ability to be hands on with high attention to detail but also not lose strategic standpoint.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-growing company working environment and adapt to changes fast

Hard skills:

  • Proven track record of measurable business achievements with digital mass market products.
  • At least 3 years of product management experience.
  • Experience of coping with competing demands and task prioritization in fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles.
  • Experience in implementing digital products in close collaboration with an IT team. Ability to "translate" requirements for the IT team.
  • Track record in data driven decision making.
  • Banking, financial or lending products knowledge is a strong plus.
  • Hands on with data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, GA or similar is a plus
  • English - C1

Other:

  • Relocation to Malaysia within 12 months
