Role Overview

We’re looking for someone who can bring structure to a creative environment — someone who can manage the

everyday movement of the brand across shoots, content, communication, and coordination.

This is a hands-on role working closely with the founder, with exposure across fashion, content, and operations.

You will be involved in everything from planning shoots to managing content rollout and coordinating with teams.

The role requires frequent travel and the ability to adapt to fast-moving schedules, especially during campaigns

and shoots.

Key Responsibilities

Shoot & Production Coordination

• Assist in planning and executing brand shoots (campaign, e-commerce, BTS)
• Travel for shoots and manage on-ground coordination
• Coordinate with photographers, stylists, models, and vendors
• Track timelines, deliverables, and ensure smooth execution

Content & Social Media

• Manage posting schedules across Instagram and other platforms
• Coordinate content rollout with the creative team
• Assist in basic content creation (photos/videos) when required

Communication & Coordination

• Manage brand emails, vendor communication, and follow-ups
• Coordinate across design, production, and marketing teams
• Ensure clarity and flow of information across all departments

Recruitment & Outreach

• Manage job postings and initial candidate communication
• Coordinate interviews and hiring processes
• Assist in brand outreach (PR, collaborations, partnerships)

General Operations

• Maintain calendars, schedules, and planning trackers
• Support campaign planning and execution timelines
• Ensure overall day-to-day operational alignmentWho This Role Is For

• Willing and available for frequent travel and flexible schedules

Skills & Tools

• Familiarity with Canva, Google Sheets, and basic photo/video editing tools
• Comfortable using AI tools for content, research, and workflow support
• Experience with Zoom and digital coordination tools
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (especially Instagram)
• Strong visual sensibility and attention to detail
