Brand Operations & Content Coordinator ( Location: Kochi and Open to Relocation to Dubai)

Role Overview
We’re looking for someone who can bring structure to a creative environment — someone who can manage the
everyday movement of the brand across shoots, content, communication, and coordination.
This is a hands-on role working closely with the founder, with exposure across fashion, content, and operations.
You will be involved in everything from planning shoots to managing content rollout and coordinating with teams.
The role requires frequent travel and the ability to adapt to fast-moving schedules, especially during campaigns
and shoots.
Key Responsibilities
Shoot & Production Coordination

- Assist in planning and executing brand shoots (campaign, e-commerce, BTS)
- Travel for shoots and manage on-ground coordination
- Coordinate with photographers, stylists, models, and vendors
- Track timelines, deliverables, and ensure smooth execution
Content & Social Media
- Manage posting schedules across Instagram and other platforms
- Coordinate content rollout with the creative team
- Assist in basic content creation (photos/videos) when required
Communication & Coordination
- Manage brand emails, vendor communication, and follow-ups
- Coordinate across design, production, and marketing teams
- Ensure clarity and flow of information across all departments
