About the Role


We are seeking a highly experienced, proactive, and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and manage end-to-end HR operations. This role will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, employee relations, and workforce development.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized and data-driven HR professional with strong experience in remote work environments, HR digitization, and international best practices. You will play a key role in building scalable HR processes, strengthening our digital workforce operations, and ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience across the organization.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for tutors and administrative staff, including workforce planning, sourcing, assessment, selection, and onboarding

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and operational frameworks aligned with organizational goals and best practices

  • Oversee onboarding, orientation, and continuous training programs to support employee performance, engagement, and development

  • Drive organization-wide performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback systems, probation reviews, and staff development initiatives

  • Provide strategic HR leadership to management on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and culture building

  • Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations with fairness and professionalism

  • Ensure full compliance with company standards, global labor regulations, and HR best practices

  • Maintain accurate HR documentation, employee records, and reporting systems using HRIS tools

  • Support the digital transformation of HR processes, including the implementation and optimization of modern HR technologies

  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones to ensure seamless operations and communication

  • Support the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational standards

  • Uphold ethical workplace practices, ensuring fairness, transparency, and integrity across all HR processes

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, including wellness programs, recognition strategies, and culture-building activities

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing remote work environment

  • Serve as a trusted HR partner and point of contact for employees, providing guidance, support, and clear communication




Requirements


Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Professional HR certifications required, such as:

    • CIPD (UK)

    • SHRM-SCP

    • HRCI-SPHR

  • Minimum 4–10 years of progressive HR experience, including:

    • Working in blue-chip or multinational companies.

    • Experience in EdTech, e-learning, or digital-first environments.

    • Managing remote and distributed teams across multiple time zones.

  • Proven track record in:

    • Leading HR strategy and organizational development.

    • Implementing HR digital transformation and modern HR systems.

  • Strong knowledge of global labor laws, remote work compliance, and HR technologies.
