In this part-time freelance role, you'll bring together HR expertise and AI-powered talent intelligence to help international NGOs recruit smarter and faster. Social Change School, active since 1997, is an international institution focused on training professionals in international development, humanitarian aid, and nonprofit management. Its alumni network includes over 1,300 professionals working in major NGOs worldwide. Crescenzi&Partners is a consulting company specialized in thirdsector management and HR services in Italy, expanding to Spain. The organization collaborates with NGOs such as WWF, Amnesty, UNICEF, and Save the Children, and is connected to the Italian Network of General Directors of NGOs.
Job Description
In this role, you will support HR and talent intelligence activities across international nonprofit projects. You will work closely with NGOs and institutions, contributing to recruitment processes using digital tools and AI. The position combines operational HR tasks with participation in broader initiatives aimed at improving nonprofit talent management and collaboration across networks.

What You Should Know
Your experience in HR and digital tools will support recruitment processes and
strengthen talent strategies across nonprofit organizations. Your ability to work
internationally and apply AI in HR contexts will contribute directly to project outcomes
and organizational development.
• Minimum 1 year HR experience in relevant sectors
• Experience using AI in recruitment processes
• Talent acquisition or talent intelligence background
• Fluency in Italian (B2) and English (B2) for daily communication
• Spanish (B2) for regional collaboration is an advantage
• Strong digital skills: ATS, AI tools
• Ability to work with international NGOs and teams
