About The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Boulder, CO. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining the core infrastructure that powers our AI testing and evaluation platform. You will work closely with our founding team to shape the technical architecture, implement scalable backend systems, and create intuitive front-end experiences that meet the needs of our users. Your expertise will help us deliver reliable, high-quality software that enables teams to ship innovative AI features quickly and confidently. As a key member of our engineering team, you will champion best practices in testing, code review, and continuous integration, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of full-time professional experience in software engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in full stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Experience with scalable backend systems and cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or similar.
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.

Responsibilities
