Role Overview
The position is defined as a Network Automation / GenAI Engineer with a strong focus on building AI-driven solutions for network and infrastructure environments.
The primary goal is to design and develop custom AI agents from scratch to support network monitoring, troubleshooting, and automation across enterprise and retail environments.
This role requires a strong combination of AI/GenAI expertise, automation skills, and infrastructure knowledge, with the ability to work across a variety of technologies (multi-cloud, SD-WAN, network security, etc.), without being limited to a specific stack.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and deploy AI-driven automation solutions (custom agents) for network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
● Design and build GenAI agents from scratch, leveraging LLMs and modern AI frameworks
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world infrastructure and network systems
● Work across multi-cloud, enterprise, and retail network environments (including SD-WAN)
● Contribute to improving automation strategy, scalability, and efficiency across the organization
○ Agent Personas (Initial Use Cases)
- Network Engineer: Analyze logs, detect issues, and provide insights across network and security systems
- Non-Technical User: Provide simplified, user-friendly responses to operational questions (e.g., service status, connectivity issues)

Skill Priorities
Must-haves:
● Proven experience building AI/GenAI solutions or agents from scratch (not just exposure)
● Strong proficiency in Python and scripting languages, with hands-on experience in automation
● Experience with LLMs, RAG, and AI architectures, including understanding how to integrate tools and APIs
● Hands-on experience with automation and DevOps tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, or similar
● Solid understanding of infrastructure environments (cloud, systems, or network-related)
● Basic understanding of networking and network security concepts
Nice-to-have:
● Deeper domain experience in networking technologies (e.g., firewalls, load balancers, SD-WAN, network security)
● Experience working in retail or distributed network environments
● Exposure to multi-cloud environments (GCP, Azure, OCI)
● Experience with tools such as Palo Alto, F5, or similar technologies
Tech Environment

● AI/Orchestration: Nova (or similar), LiteLLM (or equivalent routing frameworks)
