Key Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding and configure WiFi marketing solutions on existing infrastructure (routers and access points).
- Provide ongoing operational and technical support to ensure system performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot network-related issues and guide clients through resolutions.
- Manage client communications via email, WhatsApp, and video calls (Google Meet), maintaining high standards of responsiveness and professionalism.
- Conduct remote support sessions using tools such as AnyDesk.
- Document incidents, solutions, and procedures to contribute to the internal knowledge base.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and professional support experience.
- Collaborate with the CTO and internal product/engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve implementations.

You will work with a wide range of networking platforms, including MikroTik, Ubiquiti (UniFi), Ruckus, Cisco, Aruba, and others. Deep expertise in all is not required, but you should be comfortable navigating different interfaces and learning new systems quickly.
Requirements
Technical Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in network support or similar roles (Helpdesk, NOC, Junior SysAdmin, etc.).
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: IP addressing, subnetting, gateways, DHCP, VLANs, DNS, and connectivity.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation in English.
- Fluent English (B2/C1) – must be comfortable communicating directly with international stakeholders.
- Native or advanced Spanish.
- Strong client-facing skills: clear communication, patience, and problem-solving mindset.
- Highly proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.
