- Serve as the primary on-site or traveling leader, accountable for safety, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Drive execution across large field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal operations groups.
- Financial & Cost Controls
- Establish and manage project budgets, cost codes, and forecasting aligned to earned value management principles.
- Track and analyze labor productivity, unit rates, and production metrics against plan.
- Lead monthly cost reviews, projections, and change management processes.

- Partner with field leadership to align manpower curves, production goals, and milestone tracking.
- Coordinate work sequencing with owners, general contractors, commissioning teams, and other trades.
- Technology & Reporting
- Utilize Procore for project controls, documentation, RFIs, submittals, and reporting.
- Leverage Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM tools to support coordination and constructability.
- Produce clear, data driven reports for internal leadership and hyperscale clients.
- Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the senior point of contact for hyperscale owners, developers, and GC partners.
- Lead owner meetings, progress reviews, and executive-level discussions.
- Ensure alignment with client standards, safety culture, and delivery expectations.
