Product Designer for Medical Platform

Join our team executing projects for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world and have a real impact on the lives and health of over 15 million patients!

We are looking for a Product Designer to develop a platform used to view, describe and analyze digitized biological materials, and run artificial intelligence-based diagnostic imaging algorithms.

Your tasks

• Designing user interfaces for a complex medical platform to support image analysis and the work of pathologists
• Create and develop dashboards and data visualizations to enable clear presentation of large sets of information and indicators
• Collaborating with product, engineering and clinical teams to design consistent and efficient workflows
• Planning and conducting user research (e.g., pathologist interviews, usability testing) and iteratively improving solutions based on feedback
• Creating, maintaining and developing system design and project documentation to ensure consistency and scalability of solutions
• Support the development team through project handoff and collaboration in an agile environment, taking into account regulatory and quality requirements
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' statement in data visualization and dashboard design, with the ability to transform large data sets into readable reports and conclusions, use of AI tools welcome
• Very good product and interaction design skills for complex, data-driven applications (medical or enterprise systems preferred), with a focus on usability and readability
• Proficiency in working with Figma, including creating and developing system design and shared component libraries
• Systems thinking skills to design solutions in the context of related processes and systems (e.g., devices, LIS, algorithms, reporting)
• Experience in user research, including planning and conducting interviews, usability testing, and collecting feedback from domain experts (e.g., physicians)
• Comfortable working in a regulated environment (e.g., FDA/IVDR) and using English at a minimum of C1 level
• Residence in Poland required and fluency in the Polish language
