Job Title: AI Security Operations Engineer- AI & Cloud Operations

Job Location: 100% REMOTE (EST work time)

Project Duration: 6-12 months with possible extension

Job Summary

Seeking an AI Security Operations Engineer to join the Cybersecurity organization, reporting to the Senior Manager, Cyber Security. This role focuses on the secure operation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of enterprise AI platforms and AI security tooling, with primary responsibility for Palo Alto Prisma AIRS.

The AI Operations Engineer partners closely with security architecture, cloud, engineering, and business teams to enable safe and scalable AI adoption across the enterprise. The ideal candidate is experimentation-driven, operationally disciplined, and effective at translating AI security requirements into actionable remediation and measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Own day-to-day operations of Palo Alto Prisma AIRS

• Tune alerts, reduce false positives & identify real threats
• Monitor AI runtime risks (data access, agents, misconfigurations)
• Build metrics, dashboards & reporting for leadership
• Automate workflows using scripting/tools
• Collaborate with cloud, engineering & architecture teams

Key Tools

• Prisma AIRS, n8n and TrueFoundry

Must-Have

• Atleast 3-5+ years: Security Ops / Cloud Ops / Platform Ops
• AWS or GCP security experience
• Strong troubleshooting & alert tuning skills
• Scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
• Solid knowledge of IAM, APIs, logging & monitoring

Required Skills:

• Your experience in security/cloud/platform operations
• Work with AI platforms or AI-enabled SaaS/security tools
• Hands-on exposure to Prisma AIRS, n8n, or TrueFoundry
• A brief project example showcasing your impact
