Monitor, tune, and optimize ADABAS, Natural, Entire NetWork, and SQL Gateway performance
Conduct upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance for Software AG products
Diagnose and resolve issues with Software AG products and related performance problems
Maintain accurate technical documentation and operational procedures

Job Summary For ADABAS Database Administrator
- Position: ADABAS Database Administrator
- Location: 100% Remote
- Administer and maintain 60+ ADABAS databases in a large-scale mainframe environment (over 9TB)
- Provide support for ADABAS Security, interface routines, Natural language, Natural Security, Entire NetWork, AOS, Review, and SQL Gateway
- Monitor, tune, and optimize ADABAS, Natural, Entire NetWork, and SQL Gateway performance
- Perform database backup, restore, and recovery procedures
- Conduct upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance for Software AG products
- Diagnose and resolve issues with Software AG products and related performance problems
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and operational procedures
- Participate in on-call support rotation
