Role: Marketing Operations Assistant / CRM Assistant
Overview
This role supports the day-to-day execution of marketing operations and CRM-related tasks, helping maintain organized data, assist with campaign coordination, and ensure workflows are followed correctly.
You will work closely with leadership and the team to keep systems updated, support reporting, and contribute to a structured and efficient operation. This is an execution-focused role ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with data, documentation, and repetitive processes.
Salary: $1,100 – $1,800 USD monthly (Full-time, 100% remote)

- Update and maintain CRM records, ensuring data is accurate, organized, and up to date
- Assist with lead list uploads, data cleaning, and segmentation for marketing campaigns
- Support the preparation of basic performance reports (leads, conversions, campaign activity)
- Help track campaign performance and flag inconsistencies or missing data
- Assist in coordinating outbound campaigns across channels such as email, SMS, and outreach tools
- Follow established workflows for campaign setup, tracking, and reporting
- Support weekly reporting by compiling data and updating internal trackers
- Maintain and update documentation of processes (SOPs) for recurring tasks
- Assist in identifying simple process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual work
- Assist with task management and updates within ClickUp or similar tools

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, CRM support, or dataroles
- Hands-on experience with data handling, including entry, cleaning, organization, and basic analysis
- Familiarity with reporting or data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) at a basic to intermediate level
- Experience supporting or documenting processes and SOP creation
