This leadership role is responsible for shaping and evolving a complex web ecosystem that supports digital services, member engagement, and integrated SaaS platforms. You will define and drive the organization’s web strategy, ensuring best practices in usability, accessibility, governance, analytics, and modern digital architecture. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership of a technical team responsible for web platforms, data integrations, and continuous digital improvement. You will oversee the development of scalable, user-centered web experiences across multiple channels while ensuring strong alignment with organizational goals. In addition, you will guide the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled capabilities, to enhance digital experiences for both human and automated users. Accountabilities
Lead the strategy, governance, and operational management of the organization’s web ecosystem, ensuring alignment with digital transformation goals and user needs.
- Define and execute a comprehensive web strategy, including roadmap development, budgeting, governance frameworks, and performance measurement.
- Oversee web architecture, information design, and usability standards to ensure consistent, accessible, and user-centered digital experiences.
- Lead web analytics strategy and leverage data insights to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Manage and evolve the organization’s web platforms, CMS systems, SaaS tools, and integrated data systems.
- Drive adoption of modern technologies, including AI-driven capabilities, to enhance digital engagement and operational efficiency.
- Establish and lead cross-functional governance structures for web initiatives across stakeholders and departments.
- Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring performance, compliance, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Lead end-to-end web project delivery, including scope, scheduling, risk management, and budget oversight.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10-15 years of experience in web technologies, digital platforms, or related technical leadership roles.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience managing web or digital teams.
- Strong expertise in web architecture, CMS platforms, UX design principles, and digital production tools.
- Proven ability to build stakeholder alignment and drive cross-functional collaboration.
