React Native Developer (Mobile & Web Frontend)

Our client is an innovative product company operating in the crypto and fintech space, building secure wallet solutions, trading platforms, and real-time financial services. Their mobile applications are a core part of the product ecosystem, enabling users to manage assets, monitor markets, and perform transactions in real time. The web platform also plays an important supporting role, but the primary focus of this position is mobile development.

About the Role:

We are looking for a React Native Developer to join a product-focused engineering team and take an active role in building and evolving mobile applications for iOS and Android.

In this role, you will focus primarily on the mobile experience, delivering reliable, high-performance features in React Native, while also contributing to selected frontend functionality on the web side using React. You will work closely with backend, QA, and product teams to build intuitive, secure, and scalable user-facing applications in a real-time fintech environment.

This position is ideal for engineers who are passionate about mobile product development, care about performance and usability, and enjoy working on apps that interact with complex backend systems and live financial data.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android
• Build and improve key mobile features related to wallet management, trading flows, and real-time financial data
• Contribute, when needed, to web frontend development using React
• Integrate mobile and web applications with backend services via REST APIs, WebSockets, and real-time data streams
• Ensure strong performance, stability, and consistent UX across mobile devices and operating systems
• Collaborate with backend developers to align API contracts, application flows, and data structures
• Work closely with QA to support testing, bug fixing, and release readiness
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintainable, scalable frontend/mobile architecture
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related primarily to mobile applications, and occasionally web frontend

• Follow best practices for state management, mobile performance, application security, and release quality

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with React Native in production environments
• Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript
• Good experience with React for web applications
• Solid understanding of mobile application architecture and cross-platform development
• Experience integrating REST APIs and handling real-time updates in client applications
• Knowledge of state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API
• Experience with debugging and optimizing performance in mobile apps
• Familiarity with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong TypeScript experience across React Native and React projects
• Experience with WebSockets or other real-time communication protocols
• Familiarity with mobile security and frontend security best practices, especially in fintech or crypto products
• Experience publishing or maintaining production mobile apps
• Experience working on crypto, fintech, or other high-security platforms
